Terms of Business
Sent on request,
always before you pay.
Our terms of business set out what we act as, how we are paid, who holds your money, what happens when a trip changes, and what happens when the world does. They go by email rather than sitting on this page, so that what you read is the version in force on the day you read it.
Every client receives them with their proposal and accepts them in writing before any payment is taken. If you would like to read them before that point — sensible — ask below.
The parts people ask about first
- What it costs you to book a hotel through us
- Nothing. You pay the same rate you would pay booking direct, and you usually arrive to more than you would have had. We are paid commission by the hotel.
- Itinerary design
- Charged only when a trip needs more than hotels and transport — excursions, VIP access, activity planning, and the coordination behind it, down to the ski hire. Itinerary design starts at £150, agreed upfront before I start work. You are told the figure, in writing, before any work begins.
- Who holds your money
- The supplier. Deposits and balances for your travel are paid directly to the hotel or operator, not to us.
