Who we are

Jets & Bubbles is the trading name of NOATRAUM LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 15337092.

We are the data controller for the information described below. For anything on this page, email hello@jetsandbubbles.uk.

What we collect and why

When you enquire or message us — your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and what you tell us about the trip. We use this to reply and to prepare a quote or itinerary. Our basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

When you request a guide or join the mailing list — your email address. We use it to send what you asked for and, if you agreed, occasional emails about destinations and offers. Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

When you book a trip — travellers’ full names, dates of birth, passport details and contact details, as suppliers require to issue a booking. Where relevant, this may include dietary requirements, mobility needs or medical information. That last category is sensitive, so we only collect it with your explicit consent, share only what a supplier needs to look after you, and delete it once your travel is complete. Our basis is performing our contract with you.

When you visit the site — your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. See our Cookies Policy for the detail.

We also keep booking and payment records because tax law requires it. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to do what you have asked, or where the law requires it:

• Our host agency (US based with UK presence), through whose platform bookings are made
• The travel suppliers on your specific trip — hotels, airlines, charter operators, transfer companies
• Various email newsletter platforms — for guides and marketing emails
• Our email and document storage
• Our website host
• Our accountant, insurers, HMRC and Companies House, where required

We never sell your information.

Information leaving the UK

Our host agency is based in the United States and the email system operates internationally. Where information goes outside the UK it is protected by a safeguard UK law recognises — the UK’s adequacy regulations or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking, and WhatsApp conversations: 12 months. Booking and payment records: 6 years, as tax law requires. Passport details and any health information: deleted once your travel is complete. Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

Keeping it safe

Access is strictly limited to those who need it to arrange your travel. Devices are encrypted and password protected, accounts use two-factor authentication, and information is held in FORA’s platform and Google Workspace rather than loose files. If something went wrong and put your rights at risk, we would tell you and report it to the Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hours.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it elsewhere. You can object to us using it, and you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. Email hello@jetsandbubbles.uk — we will respond within one calendar month, free of charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date above.
