How I work

We start with where, when, and who it’s for. I come back with a route, stays, and the practical details. We refine until it feels like yours. Then I book it.

What’s included

• Hotel, villa and experience booking through preferred-partner rates where they apply
• Itinerary design when you want the whole journey thought through
• Private aviation alongside the trip, if you need it
• One person to write to — not a department

What’s free

Upgrades, credits and a better room, at the rate you’d pay booking direct. Hotel bookings cost you nothing extra. The public rate does not go up because you booked through me; in many cases it comes with amenities you would not get on the hotel website.

The planning fee

Itinerary design starts at £150, agreed upfront before I start work.

It covers the design of the trip — not the hotels, flights or experiences themselves, which are paid to the suppliers.

Private aviation, when it makes sense

Charter is arranged where it genuinely suits the trip — the right aircraft, honest pricing, and the logistics handled end to end. I draw on ten years in the industry to source and broker properly, not to sell you a flight you do not need.

What I don’t do

• I don’t run group tours or sell packages off a brochure
• I don’t pretend comparison sites replace a broker for private aviation
• I don’t apply for your visas or insurance — I can point you to official guidance
